On Windows Disk Management it calls the partition a "Healthy (GPT Protective Partition)". So one of those hidden partitions has been taking the place as the primary partition so the Wii was right all along and I didn't have the FAT32 partition set as the primary partition. I have even tried making one HD have two partitions, WBFS and FAT32. I am able to play the Wii and GC games through USB Loader GX when they are on separate Hard drives but not the same.
